REFUND POLICY

"Blueprint Lumina Consulting LLC " is committed to your satisfaction. 

If you have purchased hard goods, digital or subscription based goods from Blueprint Lumina Consulting LLC and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 14 full days of the original purchase date.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Refund Policy:

– Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Blueprint Lumina Consulting LLC situated at 102 East Sunbridge Dr., Suite 8, Fayetteville AR 72703.

– Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service, namely hard goods/digital/subscription.

– Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the clear statement requesting a refund. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

Refunds of Hard Goods, Digital/Subscription Based Goods:
